What is our refund policy?
If we are not able to setup due to adverse weather conditions we will fully refund your initial deposit.
Do we deliver?
Yes we deliver and setup. It will usually take about 30 minutes depending on the size of the inflatable or associated equipment.
What kind of surface is needed for setup?
Preferably a surface that is somewhat flat or has a gradual slope. Clean and clear of anything that could cause damage to the product requested. The dimensions of each individual inflatable will be listed in the description of the inflatable requested
